South-Carolina-Plantations.com is a community repository. Our goals are to document the history of South Carolina's 1500+ plantations – and to recognize the people who lived and worked on them. The site is maintained as a public service by SCIWAY, South Carolina's Information Highway.

Can you help fill in a blank? We welcome corrections, new information, print and web references, and photos. Please email plantations@sciway.net with the information or photos. Make sure to include the plantation's name and county the plantation is located in. Please note – We reserve the right to decide what information we post on South-Carolina-Plantations.com.
