Description of the property
The plantation or tract of land in St Andrews
parish near Ashly ferry called Hickory Hill containing
about 280 acres of land more or less butting and bounding
southeaswardly partly on the the Ashly ferry path and
partly on lands late of Ralph Isard dead – northeastwardly
on lands late of said Ralph Isard dead north west
wardly on lands formerly of Benjn [?] and now
or late of Thos Drayton and southwestwardly
on lands late of John S. Cripps since owned
by Dr Richardson and now by
of the said tract half an acre appropriated out
aforesaid as the family Burial place of the
Cripps family
